Membership Refund Policy

Membership Refund Policy

Memberships to the Miami-Dade Bar run from July 1st through June 30th each year. All members are encouraged to have their membership auto renewed so they do not miss out on any of the events and benefits available to members.  Members may cancel their membership at any time by calling the MDB Accounting Manager at 305.371.2220, x-323. Memberships are not refundable once paid. Canceled memberships will not be renewed, however, members will have access to all member benefits through the end of their term.

Lawyer Referral Service Refund Policy

Lawyer Referral Service fees are not refundable.  Customers are paying to be referred to and speak with an attorney, not for them to take your case.  If you are not happy with your first referral for any reason or if you simply wish to obtain a second opinion, you will be provided with a second referral and consultation at no additional cost.
