The Miami-Dade County Clerk of the Board, on behalf of Miami-Dade County, is accepting applications from qualified candidates to serve as Hearing Examiners for bid protest hearings.
Appointees serve a two-year term and are compensated at $200 per hour, up to $2,500 per hearing.
Eligible candidates include:
- Retired Circuit Judges with at least 10 years of service in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit; or
- Miami-Dade County residents who are Florida electors and have been members in good standing of The Florida Bar for at least 10 continuous years immediately preceding appointment.
