MIAMI – The Third District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission will hold an organizational meeting in response to the Letter to Convene the Third District Court of Appeal Judicial Nominating Commission to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Kevin Emas. At this meeting, the Commission will set the deadline for receipt of applications and tentative interview dates. The Commission may take up other matters as appropriate. The meeting will be held via Zoom video and audio conferencing on January 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM at:
